Helpful Advice Joint and Bone Health

All Eurocan pet products are produced in compliance with the standards set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) in Canada. Our raw materials undergo irradiation to ensure they are pathogen free. However, they are natural animal by-products and should be treated with care.

  • • Always wash your hands before and after handling your pet's food.

  • • Pay attention to best before dates and handling instructions.

  • • Test your dog's reaction to a new treat or chew. Give them a small portion on day one and see how they respond.

  • • If your dog's temperament includes compulsive behaviour or swallowing items whole, it is best to limit portion size and to not leave your dog unattended while they chew a treat.

  • • Avoid giving your dog treats before meals as this may spoil his/her appetite.

  • • While Eurocan treats are not overly fattening, they are "treats" and are not intended to replace a full and balanced diet. If your pet is overweight or less active choose a suitably sized treat.

  • • If your pet suffers from any medical condition, consult your veterinarian for advice on diet and the use of Eurocan Pet Products.
